In order for me to keep anchored, like you say, between the first and the fifth med head, I'm going to have to create an arch in my foot. So all the arches are reforming. There's the supination. That's going to create external rotation around the rear foot and ankle. The talacrule is going to plant our flax and the subtailors will externally rotate,. that's going to creating extension through the knee on the back leg. And the leg itself is going to be externally rotating, drawing even more of that pelvis around. Those are the things that I look for from a joint to joint perspective.
