Arlyon: Culture is one of those fuzzy ones, right? And ye. So i would say i will start with that axtet. The point where i started to realize that not de fining deculture was a problem was even before we started to to do some acquisition. We tripled the size of the company in 20 17, if i remember correctly. In 12 months, the company changes so much that if the culture is not, you know, it's not designed to grow and an expense. But it's ideal if it can change from one point to another,. like its effect or its direction that you want to take. It's not really a shift where at some point
