A lot of DTC brands have been opening up locations in suburban areas. This is really where a lot of these brands find their future, right? Is that they want to be where everybody's moved, as opposed to just the big four cities? Yeah. And I think it shows that there are certain, the pace of life has changed, and people are looking to live in less, less busy areas,. more pastoral suburban spaces.
