The Role of Elders in the Church

In any team of elders, you're going to find that what this guy excels at is having meetings with people. When somebody's got an emergency situation, they just tend to call him or her. If I have a practical wisdom issue, say like, I'm struggling financially, I need a budget, think biblically and practically, I'm going to go to Charlie. That's not a recognition recognition. It's a recognition of function.
