How Can We Digitize the Onboarding Experience?

On boarding really was putting all new employees together, maybe in one room as part of a rooky camp or an initial introduction to the company. Most people don't succeed at work because they're they don't know where to go, right? There's a sphere. And so how can we deliver technologies to help alleviate some of those barriers and and really help people be successful with their new jobs? It's a really important mission.
