Well, that's all very helpful. And really, as you say, it depends on the business and the business needs. But for a large organization, there's going to be a diverse need for different talents. But i always want to talk about diversity from another standpoint, and that is a diversity of the people that you hire into your organization. We all know diversity's important for a loto reasons, but in this case, in cybre security, do you see this as a field where diversity can have an impact on outcomes?

One thousand % yes. And this is, this is something i'm trying to stress with people, because lot of times when we have these d e i discussions, people think about it in terms of like, well, yo, i it's bad to discriminate discriminationis bad, and that's why we do d ei. Well, yes, that's one thousand % true. Absolutely. Discrimination is bad, and it's ridiculous that we do it. But we have to understand there's business value in diversity. And especially within cyper security, where we need people who think about problems differently. We need people who look at em in different ays. Because first of all, we don't have the luxury that all our attackers that we're trying to defend against all look the same and think the same and act the same. So just as they're all approaching our systems and trying to break in to our systems in different ways, we need to be thinking about the defenses of our systems in very different ways. We need to be looking at those problems and and consider im from a people of a diverse set of backgrounds. And the reality is, those tangible demographic differences, the things that you can see or you know about somebody a also, whether it's race, their sexual orientation, their gender identity or religion, whatever, those characteristics of a person bring them different life experiences and different backgrounds and different ways of viewing these things that are important to us to have as a part of our team. So if i go out and i hire a bunch of white men who were all, you know, technologists before they got into security, and i build a team from that, that's a pretty miopic view of the world. And, you know, and how we solve puter problems, if i go out and i hire a very racially diverse, very no diverse in all demographic team of people who come from all walks of life, and some were former nurses, or they worked in retail, or they were coffee bristas or whatever, they have very different life experiences that they bring to the table when we sit down and try to solve a problem. And there'spen studies out there to talk about the increased ability to solve problems when you have that myriad of opinions at the table. So when you think about from a business perspective, cyprus agrees about solving these problems. That's our job. So whatever we can do to make us more effective problems solvers, we should be doing. And that brings our value back to the business. So that's the very direct and often missed or misunderstood benefit of diversity.
