Conversational Surveys

The current way that we are building a conversational survey is like we invite you to chat with the chatbot. So it's very similar to a actually it's a question or two what we are doing right now. And I would imagine then that most people understand it's a chatbot, probably not they don't think it's a human. But we know chatbots are getting sophisticated and more than just click the right box for your answer. Did you find people getting used to that and engaging with it in a broader way than they might with a survey?
