Mortgage Rates - What's Top of Mind?
MBA is predicting sub sub 5% mortgage rates by the second quarter of 2024. We need a functioning market needs traditional listings to grow. And you need traditional new listings data to grow. So as of now, it's not happening, but I'm hopeful that in 2023, we can get traditional growth and then the effective pricing model gets more fluid and more functional.
