Some of the fundamentals of just deploying a i successfully are going to be the same no matter what side of the pond you're on. A talent is, i think, definitely one of the key indicators of how well we are doing iw ithin this industry. From the outsete, it does feel like america has a much larger talent pool, as compared to what we have within the eal. And i think that's something where where we could learn quite a bit in terms of the amount of supportin of fina sponsorship and funding available to such organizations.
