I Think It's an Interesting Trend.

Laptops are getting lighter, thanks to new processors from Intel and other companies. The processers aren't the heavy part of computer; it's the battery cell that makes them heavier. We're also seeing a lot more materials being used in computers - magnesium instead of aluminum. I think there is maybe a part of this that is they want compete with the folks who are using eye pads with keyboards on tablets.
