Can I Make a Web Ap in One Night?

i decided to make a web ap in one night that will just let me collect these book marks to save for later, and then i can read them. And i made from scratch, like new ap intext, made new a and i using my p hp framework, and built this thing cault in. So paper that was literally just like a quick little book marklet to save pages to a data base andt and then a list screen to show them. That was it. There was no ap. There wasno text parser. It was literally just save this link, and then you could go there and open the link. Very simple.
