How AI Will Affect Your Business?
As an operator you really need to understand how AI will affect your business for good or bad but one thing you simply cannot do is ignore it. The argument that you feel AI is bad and it is just not for you is quite frankly a mute point. What matters is what your customers won't know or in the future. Even though I am quickly approaching 50, I love technology. As a species we adapt to new technology quickly. Most tech smartphones are more powerful computer in your pocket than the ones that send astronauts to the moon. But don't think it's only a younger market. We are already seeing how purchase habits are vastly different from those of us who are a little bit older.
