What Is Thin Slicing?
Wicha: I don't think when we brought up this topic, i was having time figuring out, ike, when did i reinvent myself? And it's just because i'm always doing it. Do you know what thin slicing is? Did you read malcolm gladwell's blink? Can you remind me? Thin slicing is that you do not need to do deep analysis for some things. You only need the thinnest slice, just the thinnmost strand of d and a, and you can tell a lot about a thing. It's when you have a sense impression about a person, or a sense impression bout a situation, that can sometimes yield the most insight.
