I think it's so important to admit as a manager when you're wrong or when you've made a mistake. Like anytime that I screw something up, I will be very upfront about it with the team. We have this documentation section in the engineering team documentation area where we write out big pages about things we screwed up and what we're doing to fix them. And like nine out of 10 things are written by me because I did something really wrong.
