Fred Hampton's Assassination of Martin Luther King

Fred Hampton's free breakfast program was feeding more than 3000 children. He held the conference for a united front against fascism, which he billed as an attempt to build a rainbow coalition. The Panthers banded together to protect members from the cops, fight against police brutality and run health care clinics. Out of respect for the Panthers, the young Patriots stopped wearing the Confederate flag.
