The Transition to Learning and Development

I've been in and out of I&G three times already. My transition towards learning and development happened slowly but surely. All my mom's side of the family have something to do with education. You couldn't avoid it, right? You couldn't escape. It was absolutely fate. There was no escape. But one thing that I always mentioned as well is it really goes through my blood, the whole learning thing.
