The Long Term Effects of Covid Infection in Kids
For the majority of children with covid infect this is in infection that once they have recovered from it, they are pretty unlikely to have long term complications. But there are some children, and it does tend to be older children, so far, who are experiencing some of what have been referred to as those long covid symptoms. Children are sometimes having some difficulty concentrating. They may have ongoing joint or muscle pains, on going chest pain. Those really are the symptoms that seem to be predominating amongst the small percentage of children who are experiencing longer term symptoms.
