Coding in Residency

Most physicians under code out of fear of just doing the right thing. Most providers code on this bell curve of somewhere between like a two and a four. If you're a provider that knows nothing but fives, you are probably going to get a product a lot faster. You want credit for what you did as specific as possible. There's so many touches to how you're coding that you can really worry that you're messing up one chart,. Do your best and then pick up the other small changes that you need to make.
