If you don't have a burning desire to take this company all the way, you're going to get distracted and do something else. Eighty per cent of start-ups fail because they are not motivated. So make sure that you're signing up for something that you really care about. And then make sure you're executing at a very high level. You understand those customers. Well, you can only do so much yourself in terms of understanding your customers. In building a product, you get in need other people on your team. Nobody gets there alone....
