How to Be a Successful Recruiter

The first point is super simple as a recruiter, if you go find a profile from that type of company, there's a chance you might do a deal with them because they like that type of profile fit for their organization. This bit here is the high level consulted part. So my job is to go and yeah be the solution driver for building your talent base, but also be that partner where I'm thinking I'd do this and this, what's worked best for you? That's what's worked really great for other companies as well.
