Is there room for more kind of qualitative research in this field and from a practitioner point, do you think? There's always going to be, I think, you know, design and especially research around the user design. And that's really the UX of it. So if the user doesn't want to engage with the tool, the tool now becomes way less useful than we wanted it to be.
