How to Overcome the Costar Problem for Open Source Projects

I think people are just opting in and but they have a way to opt out in their way too. What did you guys do in the first three months? And what did you learn from that initial experience of any experiments and lessons? That's a very good question. I don't think it will be that easy that everybody just come and just crawl and want to contribute right away. But that is not enough, obviously. This is just a sparkle. And you need to invest more after that.
