The first time i saw it at sun dance, and i remember a couple of people talking about this oncally mentioned the pasing. It was just more like, let's not hold on fittes shot for four seconds. Let's hang on to it for three seconds. Ah, so you wouldn't be able to notice, but you could feel it while watching it. At a brisk 99 minutes long too, it doesn't really require much of the viewer to allow for its complexity to really come to the forefront.
