A, i think it probably comes back to that, c, plus w, a curiosity and willingness. You can also actllya, roll play in regard to crucial conversations and put challenges there. And of somebody within a challenge on a business turn around or a realinement situation, if they are very short ton very negative in regard to that approach, tis probably set of alarm bells that actually jump out. So i think there are ways to actually look.
