Do You Really Know What You're Doing?

In the Marine Corps, there was a 14th Leadership Principle: know yourself and seek self-improvement. In counterintelligence, I get up every day hoping I don't make a mistake that could cause myself a humbling moment. And so in my entire life and career, the last 20 years, I have never made an arrest in the area I've done. So when people don't have to talk to you and you can't rely on your title and position, you better know what to do.
