I think about how do you create a room that people really want to be in? And like sometimes like with publishing, like you're basically creatinglike a room. If you're creating a room where people are like, where the hell is the exit? Get me out of here. Yeah. I mean, it's a good question. But one of the things that we look back on as a pretty important thing to have done was this thing at the beginning on our first day,. We publish this thing internally, we call it the manifesto. It just lays out some of that.
