There are around two, three thousand dollars a pop for the signal heads. The control box is like the size of a minny fridge and inside there's a bird's nest of wires and flashing lights or computers. They can take up to ten months to get because they have to be hurricane resistant. There're really only a few companies in the united states that manufacture them....
