The Effects of DADP on Platelet Transfusions
It's not uncommon to see somebody who has renal failure, euremia, and their high risk of bleeding. And especially when you have both cirrhosis and renal failure, they've got a lot of reasons to be co-anchantly, athlete potentially. I think the combination of DADP just before and platelets during substantially reduces bleeding.
