There's a company up here in San Francisco I really like called Topology, where basically they do a virtual selfie of your face and measure your face. And then they can custom create eyeglasses to fit exactly your measurements. Even though early on they weren't trying to pre-sell, but during the experiment people wanted to buy the glasses. So it's just really interesting, as you can kind of decompose things down into, okay, let's do a pop-up store, but what are we trying to learn from that?
