The Future of Assistive Technology
With all this assistive technology we are unintentionally creating a new digital divide that we just don't see it. We're going to have to upskill our children and that should make you really worried because education is stupidly underfunded in a lot of countries including here in the United States. And by rethink I do not mean replacing teachers with AI or pouring money into AI startups rather than into education itself. There are billions of brilliant Gen Z and Gen Alpha workers out there who are going to be left out of these assistive era jobs. They're simply not going to be qualified unless we rethink our approach to education.
