I've used a law of attraction to really manifest different accomplishments and new experiences in just about every area of my life. And health has always been important to me, but that doesn't mean it's always been easy. So I use strategies, I use structure and I use accountability to help me be consistent with my health. But man, especially if you've got a busy life, there's only so much time to really attract the things you want and take action on those things daily.
