Theodosius's Driving Erratically

The Adosius was a serial womanizer who often bragged about his extra marital affairs. He admitted to driving erratically after realising he was being pursued, but explained this was because he thought he was being trailed by the killer. Investigators were satisfied that Theodosius wasn't part of any underworld scheming, but had been targeted for some other specific reason. They considered the possibility that the severed head might have belonged to one of his girlfriends. Perhaps the woman's husband found out about the affair and taken revenge.
