The Rise of Residential Real Estate in the US
If we look at price trends in real estate, we've actually seen a rebound. Both on the West Coast and on the East Coast, we've seen a steadying of the ship. But it's not all rosy; delinquency rates in the US are on the rise. I would be surprised if this is already a story of the past given the amount of refinancing that we have just ahead of us for commercial real estate space.
