When we have the perspective of diversity from the critical social justice perspective, what they want is a diversity of views in some sense about systemic power dynamics. That's it. So when you start to think about this, you have to consider very carefully, is this something I want to bring into my organization? Do I want to give into a call for diversity where the call for diversity is that we're going to bring in people who have different appearances or you could even say different identities?"
