Teacher Career Coach - Is This a Good Self Help Book?

The book is meant to read in like four or five page chunks. It's like a little bit every week and it has action items for every week that are easily implementable by teachers. I did this at the end of my last year of teaching and through the summer as I started a new job because I was so passionate about it. And what I learned through my research is how that self care, it sounds like such a broad kind of fluffy term reminds you of just like getting massages and pedicures and face masks but it's so much more than that.
