If a person is not able to communicate in a proficient way where people are going to understand them, that's obviously going to be a challenge and a problem. So one of the things i would really encourage you to do, if you haven't ready, is to talk to whoever is advising you from an h r standpoint. If it's not key to the roll, this is something where they're gong to need to communicate in person or verbally, just occasionally,. That might be something you can say, hey, ok, we'd make an accommodation for that in some way.
