SaaS Product Retention

A big challenge with a lot of these SaaS products is that retention or that leaky bucket. So we're trying to figure out, you know, what features are making them stay? And then also conversely, like for the people that leave, what is making them leave? Like clearly, there's something lacking and it's not doing what it needs to do.
