The Interface Between Humans and Artificial Intelligence
The old language of intelligent agents, of team mates or collaborators, or partners and so on are fading away. The idea of a social robot that cares for you or does what you want sounds cool but the reality is these have not worked out. I find it remarkable to have a navigation device that really takes me quite smoothly to destinations i've never been to. And the old idea of unfolding paper maps and marking them up and stopping every 20 minutes to reconsult them is gone.
