How to Pricing a Multiple of MRR
The company provides both term loans and revenue based financing structures. The interest rate is, I don't think actually is that bad because it's you're trading off basically a lot of dilution that you'd give up if you raised an equity round. And yes, you're paying a high interest rate, but you're raising the value of your company significantly more than that on an annual basis.
