The Importance of Sleep
On average, eight hours of sleep a night will make you feel better. Sometimes it's just not possible for the sort of work you're doing or how you've accidentally been set up in life. With regard to not having enough sleep, you can go into a reflex mode which I don't fully understand. On the other hand, I don't understand why people would have had, say, 12 hours sleep. Well, sometimes they're really exhausted and just out of sorts. We need a sleep scientist to tell us.
