How to Have Fun and Be Professional in SEAL Teams

In the SEAL teams, we actually use that term a lot. When someone was really good at their job, we'd call them a professional. You do have to know when to flip the switch between being serious and having fun. If you're joking around when you should have been serious, you can't take that back.
