Invented Command Play with the model at the end we do it indeed for a number of reasons. We try to develop a sense of how cities actually matter in terms of macroeconomics and be able also to answer more detailed questions about like the one you just raised. One complication here is that when you want to kick people out I mean fictitious people out of our cities in the model you need to know where they are going to go. The movements of population based on the parameters that we estimate are going to be actually very significant indeed we are talking about a place like New York becoming vastly bigger than it currently is.
