Big Brains Are Good and Useful
A bee brain is about the size of a pinhead, a cubic millimetr and in it there are only a million nerve cells. So everything is elegantly miniaturized, but not necessarily less complex. Even that tiny brain of an insect, with perhaps just a million nurons, is still out of reach in terms of our quest to understand it comprehensively.
