I have so much respect for both of you for writing books uphill in the snowboat ways, because I'm a short form writer. And I think what Jim was saying to get back to his original point about a living book, I suspect that there's a way to blend those styles of work. You mentioned the person who's publishing his book on sub-sack but my sense is that there's some middle ground by which you'll be able to take advantage of short form, engagement, interaction, transitive to the book. What I would say is there is still room for long form projects that are book length.
