The Advantages of Having Two Architectures
If you don't have the right team, then no process and no project works. The biggest one is probably like sending up expectation and clear responsibility. You don't want to have an executive architect who fancies themselves as a design architect. And when your design architect is making design decisions, the AOR is always coming back with like random ideas.
