The Pros and Cons of Using Evidence-Based Practice

When we allow for the fact that the differences are sometimes somewhat marginal or not that enormous between sort of best practices and more outdated practices I think it also does what I think some people would would say means that you're not quite as beholden to sort of the RCT which I don't think we should have been to begin with. If you establish a better connection and somebody is doing something that resembles best care rather than exactly best care and they're happier with it then who really cares in those instances? That's my first thought, probably lost the other room yeah.
