How to Explain an Offer to a Less Experienced Salesperson
There was a script for exactly how you explain the offer. There was a process for exactly which questions you should ask and in which order. And I, the process wasn't good enough that I could have followed it before I started working with her. But because I was good enough at doing it, I could never bring myself to really like precisely improve it. Her asking me the questions allowed me to help me the process better and then she followed it. That is all the stuff that people ever ask about they want to know.
