Assam: Kitchen equipment does not come in curves. It's it's very recdilinear. Same thing with your bar, if possible. A restaurant has a circular private dining room right in the middle of the restaurant. And it's got a big and it looks like a ten top table there in the middleOf the restaurant in this curved room. You're paying for that space. So curves are tricky. But boy, you should really be careful if you're planning curves in your facilitys anyway,. i've really loved this conversation, and it's been packed full of great advice and examples.
