What's Your Advice for Software Engineers?

A large portion of my listeners are software engineers. What's your advice for them to you know make collaboration better, improve their productivity, improve their emotions, make their work life better? Well I think that I will stick to a cryogenic statement keep in mind the joy human being. Try not to hard feelings try to be explicit about what you want but try not to be hard feelings and beyond that take breaks.
