Is the Ease Process Compromised With the Concept of Harm?

The ease process is not necessaarily compatible with a broad conception of harm. We also see that we are obscuring bbroader quest s like who gets a say in what the potential harms of tha system are? And i think that we then are become obscure by those harms that are solv narrowly determined by providers and private companies. What about harms that are not just about individuals, but also experienced by society as a whole?
